        Convert a MultiIndex to an Index of Tuples containing the level values.

        Returns
        -------
        pd.Index
            Index with the MultiIndex data represented in Tuples.

        Notes
        -----
        This method will simply return the caller if called by anything other
        than a MultiIndex.

        Examples
