Delete all drawings and all turtles from the TurtleScreen.

        No argument.

        Reset empty TurtleScreen to its initial state: white background,
        no backgroundimage, no eventbindings and tracing on.

        Example:
        >>> clear()

        Note: this method is not available as function.
